Acknowledgment
These Terms govern your use of our services and constitute a binding agreement between you and Lumatel Mobility. By accessing or using our service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access the service.

Placing Orders for Goods
By placing an order through our service, you confirm that:

Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order for goods only if they remain unused and in their original condition. Refunds will be processed within 14 days upon receipt of returned goods.

Lumatel Mobility strives for accuracy in product descriptions and pricing but cannot guarantee error-free listings. We reserve the right to correct errors and adjust prices without prior notice.
Payment Terms
You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan. Payments can be made via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Debit, or Debit Mastercard.
Subscription Details
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly). Unless canceled, subscriptions automatically renew under the same terms. See blow for our fee structure and commitment to you:

One-Time Membership Fee: $24.99
Late Payment Fee: $4.99
Reconnection Fee: $24.99
Disconnection Fee: $49.99
Number change Fee: $19.00
SIM replacement Fee: $14.99
Plan Change Fee: $24.99
- All Fees Are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and Are Subject to Applicable Taxes
Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at Lumatel Mobility's sole discretion.
Service Usage
You are responsible for adhering to your data plan limits. Excess usage may result in additional charges ($1/GB) or service suspension/termination.
Late Payments
Failure to pay on time will incur a late payment fee of $4.99. Reconnection fees apply if services are suspended due to non-payment.
Promotions
Promotions may have specific rules that override these Terms where applicable.
User Accounts
When creating an account, you must provide accurate information and safeguard your password and PIN. Unauthorized account use must be reported immediately.
Intellectual Property
All content on our platform remains the exclusive property of Lumatel Mobility and its licensors.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved via arbitration under British Columbia law unless otherwise agreed upon. Class actions are prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Lumatel Mobility's liability is limited to amounts paid by you for services rendered or $100 CAD if no purchases were made.
