At Lumatel, we believe you should feel confident in your decision from the moment you connect. If you find that our service doesn’t meet your expectations within your first eight hours of mobile usage on your first day of service, we’ll return 100% of your regular monthly and membership fees. Fees related to any roaming or long-distance activity are not included in the refund and will remain payable.
Who Qualifies:
New subscribers using Lumatel service for the first time are eligible to request this guarantee.
The ten-hour satisfaction period begins at first activation as shown in our systems.
This policy covers your first monthly and membership fees only.
Any costs from roaming or long-distance calls are excluded from this guarantee and will not be reimbursed.
How to Request Your Refund:
Reach out to the Lumatel Care Team within the first ten hours of your initial usage window and let us know why you’re not satisfied.
Our team will confirm your activation and check that your usage falls within the guarantee period.
Once everything checks out, your original payment method will receive a full refund for the eligible charges within seven to ten business days.
You are responsible for any charges related to roaming or long-distance use during that time.
Additional Guidance:
This guarantee is valid only for your first Lumatel subscription. In cases of multiple subscriptions or suspected misuse, Lumatel reserves the right to refuse additional refunds under this policy.
